Frequently Asked Questions

To add a FAQ section:

1. Click the Customize FAQ button.

2. In your site's dashboard, click Add and select Q&A.

3. Each new question-answer pair must be assigned a category.

4. Save and share.

You can always edit the questions and answers, change their order or assign them to different categories.

You can. To add a media file:

1. Open application settings.

2. Click "Manage FAQ

3. Create or select the question you want to add media to.

4. When editing a reply, click the video, image, or gif icon.

5. Add media file from library and save.

You can edit the title in the Settings tab of the application. If you don't want the title to be displayed, deactivate the "Title Text" checkbox in the "Show" section.
